I’m lazy today and don’t want to write much 🙂 so I thought I’d share some of our photos from our travels ten and five years ago. Sometimes it’s really fun to go down the memory lane!

2006 February – Rabka, Poland

During February vacation in 2006 I took my son to Poland to spend some time with my parents. We went to Rabka, Poland, a small town popular with families because of its salt works (it’s a spa town).

My son had fun going sledding with my Dad:

Marriott’s Cypress Harbour in Orlando, FL, “next door” to SeaWorld

If you’re planning a trip to Orlando, FL to visit the SeaWorld, or Discovery Cove consider Marriott Cypress Harbour Vacation Club property, located very close to the amusement park, at 11251 Harbour Villa Rd, Orlando, FL 32821.

That’s where we stayed exactly a year ago, in November 2013 though timeshare exchange program run by Interval International.

Marriott Cypress Harbour is part of the Marriott brand, but it’s not  just a single hotel. It’s more like a gated little village consisting of  several buildings with two-bedroom apartments that include a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer.

The master bedrooms in the apartments at Marriott Cypress Harbour come with a large, king-size bed and a massive whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, with a sofa bed, and a private bathroom. There’s also a large sofa bed in the living room. Each room has a TV, and the whole apartment has free WiFi.

Going to Discovery Cove in Orlando, FL? Buy yourself a waterproof camera!

You might hiccup slightly when you see the price to get into Discovery Cove – depending on the month and the day of the week you choose, it will be either over or just below $200 per person (for one day). The “swimming with the dolphin” option will set you back even more.

“Is it worth it?” you might ask.

Yes, I think it is, because, in addition to an “all you can eat, buffet-style, breakfast and lunch and unlimited snacks, drinks and alcoholic beverages” entry fee to Discovery Cove also includes unlimited admission to:
